Rachel Follett-Graney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in child development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rachel is a Certified Child Life Specialist and has worked in the Child Life field since 2013. Rachel also has experience as a case manager in community based and refugee resettlement agencies. Rachel’s expertise comes from working with individuals ranging in age from infancy through young adulthood, experiencing both acute and chronic trauma in clinical and home based settings. Rachel has a passion for encouraging and collaborating with clients and their families to foster healthy coping skills.

Rachel comes to her work with a strengths based, trauma informed, compassionate approach. She also enjoys integrating play and mindfulness into her sessions. Rachel has a particular interest in working with clients and families experiencing grief and loss. 

In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and being outdoors.
