Hannah Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep passion for healing, empowerment, social justice, and the transformative power of connection. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience from a wide range of nonprofit and community-based settings. Her professional journey has included work in schools, residential treatment centers, domestic violence shelters, mental health clinics, refugee resettlement agencies, and college campuses.

From the start of her career, Hannah intentionally pursued opportunities across diverse settings and roles. This breadth of experience has shaped a holistic perspective and strengthened her ability to support clients navigating trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, life transitions, and the pursuit of deeper self-awareness. She has served in roles such as therapist, advocate, community-based social worker, and prevention specialist. Hannah has a particular passion for group facilitation, extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and working with children and adolescents.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in systems theory, trauma-informed care, and cultural humility. She draws from a range of modalities including Synergetic Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), somatic healing, and polyvagal theory.

In the therapy space, Hannah integrates creativity, humor, play, movement, and expressive arts to foster an environment that is client-centered, humanistic, relational, and affirming. She is deeply committed to creating a space that is inclusive, compassionate, and grounded in safety and respect for each person’s full identity and story.

Outside of the therapy room, Hannah enjoys spending time with her cats, crafting, reading, playing music, going to concerts, exploring nature, and being with loved ones.
